Now Editing “[Austin or Tyler, TX] 한국 기업에서 일하실 Network Technician을 모집합니다” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at 한국 글로벌 기업의 미국 법인 Austin 또는 Tyler 지점에서 근무하실 Network Technician을 모집합니다. <strong>Job Title: </strong>Network Technician (Jr. Level) <strong>Contract: </strong>17 Months + extension or direct hire <strong>Location: </strong>Austin/Tyler, TX <strong>Hours:</strong> 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM o Schedule 1: Sunday through Tuesday + every other Wednesday o Schedule 2: Thursday through Saturday + every other Wednesday Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days) <strong>주요 업무:</strong> • 야간 근무 중 네트워크를 선제적으로 모니터링하고 1차 장애 대응 수행 • 네트워크 엔지니어 및 케이블 기술자와 협력하여 장애 예방 및 서비스 복구 지원 • 기본적인 장애 분석 및 해결, SLA 내 에스컬레이션, 해결 시까지 지속적인 커뮤니케이션 유지 • 네트워크 장비 설정 및 장애 장비 교체 (네트워크 팀 가이드 하에 수행) • 야간 변경 작업 시 네트워크 엔지니어의 버디 체크(Buddy Check) 참여 • 프로젝트 성수기 및 사이트 유지보수 시 추가 근무 지원 • SLA 기준에 따라 신속한 장애 대응 • SOP 준수, 요청 시 보고서 작성, 관리 시스템 업데이트, 팀 및 관리자와 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 수행 • 일일 인수인계 보고서 작성 <strong>자격 요건:</strong> • 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력 이상 • 네트워크 헬프데스크 또는 네트워크 기술자 경력 3년 이상 • 영어 및 한국어 이중언어 가능자 • Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), 또는 CompTIA A+ 자격증 보유자 • VLAN, 서브넷팅, IP 주소, 이더넷 케이블, 광케이블, SSH, Telnet, Traceroute, 광 트랜시버, 허브 및 스위치 관련 기본 지식 • SLA 대응을 위해 텍사스주 오스틴 북부 기준 1시간 이내 거주 필수 • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio 사용 능력 • 팀 내 협업 및 다른 기술자 멘토링 능력 • 강한 책임감 • 최대 약 18kg(40lb) 장비를 간헐적으로 들어올릴 수 있는 신체 조건 • 반도체 전자 설비 내 클린룸 복장 착용 가능자 <strong>우대 사항:</strong> • CCNA 자격증 또는 네트워크 기술자 경력 3년 이상 • 전문대 졸업(Associate Degree) 이상 • 스위치 설정, IP 서브넷팅, 네트워크 트러블슈팅 경험 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> • Proactive network monitoring and first level of support to network incidents for night shift. • Proactively work with Network Engineers and Cable Technicians on network incident prevention and service restoration. • Basic troubleshooting, escalation to network team within SLA, keeping up with communication until resolution. • Network equipment configuration, and replacement of faulty network equipment under Network Team’s guidance. • Participate as a buddy check for network engineers during night change windows. • Provide occasional extended hours support during high projects season, and during site maintenance day. • Respond to incidents within SLA. • Follow SOPs, create reports as requested, update management systems, and effectively communicate with team members and management. • Creation of daily pass down report. <strong>Requirements/Qualifications:</strong> • High School diploma or equivalent required. • 3+ years of Network Help Desk or Network Technician experience • Bilingual in English & Korean • Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Comp TIA A+ certification. • Some experience with VLANs, Subnetting, IP addresses, Ethernet cables, fiber optic cables, SSH, telnet, traceroute, optical transceivers, hubs, switches. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio. • Ability to work well within a team and mentor other network technicians. • Strong sense of responsibility. • Able to occasionally lift equipment up to 40lb. • Able to occasionally wear complete cleanroom smock inside an electronic semiconductor facility. <strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong> • CCNA certification or 3 years of experience in a network technician role. • Associate’s degree or higher. • Experience with switch configuration, IP subnetting, network troubleshooting ※ 채용 절차: 서류 전형, 전화 인터뷰, On-site or Virtual 인터뷰 ※ 지원 방법: recruiting@people4nets.com 으로 이력서 송부 (담당자: Katherine) ※ 문의: 214-444-0240 I agree to the terms of service Update List
