at&t에 물어봤는데, 집전화 설치 안하고 인터넷 서비스만 사용할 경우는 사용플랜에서 $10이 추가된다고 하는데 그런가요?
그리고 $25짜리 express dsl을 신청할까 하는데, 혹 사용하시는 분이 있다면 품질이 어떤지.. 동영상보는데 문제는 없는지 궁금합니다. 미리 감사드립니다.

If you can not trust the answer from AT&T customer service,
please call and ask again.
sometimes they don’t know what they are doing.
so, call and ask again.
whenever you call,
different customer service rep answer your call.
so you can ask same question over and over
until you can trust what they say.
or you may hear some lower rate from some CSR.
who knows?
