Seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who will be responsible for directly communicating/reporting to Sales Manager and Director. ** Please send your resume to <a href="mailto:recruiting@proactureconsulting.com">recruiting@proactureconsulting.com</a> ** 업무강도가 높지않은 편, 배터리관련 회사로 빠르게 성장중, 경력개발로 추천드립니다. ** 긍정적이고 대인관계에 능하시다면, 반드시 세일즈 경력을 요구하지는 않습니다. ** Bilingual Preferred (Korean / English) - ( 주요 고객들이 북미내 한국계 배터리회사 ) POSITION SUMMARY: Assists Senior Sales Manager with all sales activities including quotations, sales orders, on-time deliveries, and etc. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: · Prepares, analyzes and reports forecasts and sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to maximize both short-term and long-term sales target. · Actively communicates with customers ensuring satisfaction based on a high level of service, consistent quality and on-time delivery. · Develops and maintains comprehensive profiles on new and potential customers, based on business history, fiscal stability and other factors. · Coordinates all sales order activities to ensure SBMI multidisciplinary team has all informational details to develop and fulfill orders as promised. · Tracks purchasing, transportation, delivery and quality issues. · Prepares quotations (RFQ), Sales Orders, Managing materials. · Arranges shipments and importing materials for distribution sectors. · Coordinates with process team to develop production schedule based on sales forecasts and customer orders. · Communicates with Soulbrain HQ team regarding distribution sectors and electrolyte business on a daily and/or weekly basis · Tracks drum turnaround. · Follows all company, industry standard and OSHA safety procedures. · Provides support to other departments, as needed. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: · Associate degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred). · 2+ years’ sales support experience preferred. · Bilingual preferred (English and Korean). SKILLS: · Self-starter and problem solver. · Must possess excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills. · MS Office proficiency.
