Summary
Provide project management and assistance with IT and operational projects. Direct and utilize the IT team resources to manage, administer, and maintain corporate application system. Manage and improve systems reliability, security, availability, and flexibility for excellent information services.
Responsibilities
Manage critical issues & resolutions related to existing Application Systems
• Develop and propose resolutions or alternative solutions for better information services
• Standardize service level agreements and maintenance and support contracts
• Direct and design system architecture
• Evaluate/propose Hardware, software, solutions
• Share system knowledge with team members so there is a backup member when one is absent
• Keep up with new technology/trend and adopt them to IT system
• Act as a liaison with customers and partners IT Departments
• Develop and implement Application by using programming language (C#, Java, SQL, etc)System Enhancement in Applications & Infrastructure
• New implementation and Modification of IT program/software
• Requirements analysis and Application System Design and Development including Data base
• Implementation and testing the Enterprise-Applications
• Research for the enhancement or improvement of IT systems
• Monitor system failure & performance and properly resolve them in right time
• Strongly involve in the planning and engineering of systems infrastructure
• Conduct D/B or Application TuningPlan and lead new project – application
• Project management of enterprise-wide projects
• Identify user requirement clearly
• Documentation of project plan for clear communication and information sharing
• Estimate due dates for each deliverable and input deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
• Conduct a risk assessment and develop a risk management strategy
• Information sharing about project progress with team members and usersOther duties as assigned
• Collaboration with Customers, Vendors, and 3rd party vendor
• Train users for new or modified functionality
• Monitor system failure & performance and properly resolve them in right time
• Engage with National Manager for new investment/budget planning and control
• Highlight organization resource requirements, employee training and career growthSkills
• Project and technology management methodology & skills
• Excellent knowledge in Continuous Process Improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Ability to manage all aspect/stages of software development lifecycle
• Oracle programming experience (PL/SQL)
• Must have experience with Oracle, Java, JDK, Java related framework (eGov, Spring, Sencha, JavaScript etc)
• Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#.NET) web development experienceEducation & Experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Masters Degree preferred
