    We are currently seeking a Logistics Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Logistics Team!

    This position will be responsible for assisting in planning, implementing and monitoring our logistics strategy. Create processes and procedures to ensure accurate flow of production parts. Work with Logistics Team to decrease main line idle time and to improve flow of production parts using deep knowledge of mass production. Lead Logistics team members to complete their job, timely and accurately.

    Responsibilities:
    •Collaborate with operation teams (Associate, AGV tech, Logistics operator) to ensure production parts flow to the manufacturing line in a timely and accurate manner
    •Support the logistics operation in the investigation of logistics systems and equipment (ACS,MCS,AGV,ETC).
    •Create and analyze daily logistics reports.
    •Identify potential issues proactively and propose countermeasure to increase efficiencies.
    •Generates reports and presents to Senior Leadership
    •Improve internal customer satisfaction through the development of relationships.
    •Communicate with warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders in the evaluation and documentation of processes and accurate inventory delivery.
    •Supports special projects as assigned.
    •Responsible for inventory management.

    Requirements:
    •Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or Operations Management.
    •3+ years experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
    •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    •Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and PowerPoint
    •In-depth experience with Logistics processes and solutions
    •Bilingual English/Korean
