Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting and communicating the job sites feedback to the manager and department. Drafting/Updating planning expenditures and related reports.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Administrative role
· Familiar with facility maintenance and/or commercial construction
· Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to speak with internal and external clients.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Respond well to constructive criticism and direction.
· Ability to perform several tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
