This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in architectural design and proven experience with CAD and Revit platforms. Candidates with background in industrial or semiconductor facility design will be given preference. Qualifications: - Bilingual (fluent in Korean and English) - 7–15 years of professional architectural design experience - Experience working on industrial facilities; semiconductor plant experience is plus - Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit - BS/MS in Architecture or a related field - Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and permitting processes Responsibilities: - Lead architectural design and documentation for large-scale industrial and semiconductor projects - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and clients - Prepare drawings, specifications, and models using AutoCAD and Revit - Ensure designs meet code compliance, client standards, and project requirements - Support project delivery throughout all design phases, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents -Coordinate with teams in Korea and the U.S., bridging language and cultural gaps as necessary Participate in on-site visits and construction support as required I agree to the terms of service Update List
