About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual (Korean/English) Senior Architectural Designer to join our team for industrial and semiconductor facility projects, including a major semiconductor site in Taylor, TX. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in architectural design and proven experience with CAD and Revit platforms. Candidates with background in industrial or semiconductor facility design will be given preference.

Qualifications:

– Bilingual (fluent in Korean and English)
– 7–15 years of professional architectural design experience
– Experience working on industrial facilities; semiconductor plant experience is plus
– Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
– BS/MS in Architecture or a related field
– Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and permitting processes

Responsibilities:
– Lead architectural design and documentation for large-scale industrial and semiconductor projects
– Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and clients
– Prepare drawings, specifications, and models using AutoCAD and Revit
– Ensure designs meet code compliance, client standards, and project requirements
– Support project delivery throughout all design phases, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents
-Coordinate with teams in Korea and the U.S., bridging language and cultural gaps as necessary
Participate in on-site visits and construction support as required
