‘If you filed Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for Advance Parole or for a Refugee Travel Document on Form I-131.’

이런 항목이 있던데 July 30, 2007—> 이 날짜는 PD기준인가요? 아니면 RD? ND? 기준인가요???
