NISSAN’S TRANSPONDER ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM, Requires 791 Bypass Module and extra Ignition Key

What does this mean? Do i have to have bypass module and extra ignition key in order to install the remote starter and keyless entry?

why do we need to have extra ignition key, is it mandetory?

Is bypass modue absolutely required?

immobilizer있는 차라면 꼭 필요합니다. 열쇠에 칩이 있는데 여기에 있는 코드와 차에 있는 것과 맞아야 시동이 걸립니다. 아무래도 열쇠를 놓게 되는 거라서 잘 안 보이고 찾기 어려운 곳에 숨기셔야 합니다.

혼다쪽 bypass module중에는 열쇠에 있는 코드만 카피하는 (추가로 열쇠가 필요없는) 것도 봤는데 니산쪽은 못 본 것 같습니다.

Does that mean that we need to leave a key in the bypass module in the car (somewhere) in order to start the engine by remote starter?

bypass module 필요한 이유는 anti-theft system 이 고장이 나거나 다른 것으로 바꿀 이유가 있을때, 원래 시스템을 바꾸는 것은 힘이 들기때문에 여기에 다른 시스템을 덧 붙이게 됩니다. 이럴때, bypass module 이 없으면, 원래 시스템을 죽일 수 가 없겠지요.

말씀하신 것 처럼 remote start하기 위해서 차에 열쇠하나를 놔두어야 합니다. 그리고 최근에 나온 차는 거의 다 필요합니다. 웹에 연도별로 와이어링 같은 거 나와 있는데에 보시면 필요한지 안 한 지 대부분 나옵니다.
