Younchang USA Inc. provides General Contracting & Specialized Trade Contracting services for: mechanical, electrical, piping, fire suppression, steel structure, manufacturing, fabrication, and equipment installation on a wide range of market sectors from automotive manufacturing to nuclear power. Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for recording and reporting the quality of the materials arriving on site as well as the quality of the installation work performed by the site personnel. As part of the QC department duties include but are not limited to: • Drafting documents such as reports detailing the delivered/installed material. • Coordinating with the site management to make sure all specs regarding the material is correct. • Making sure the delivered material match in spec, quality and quantity. • Working with vendors and contractors to double check the material needed. • Working with architects and engineers to better understand the necessities of the site. • Working with the management department on site and HQ, communication is key. Qualifications Summary: We are seeking individuals with 1-2 years’ experience in commercial or industrial settings. College education is desired but not required. Computer skills a must, mostly programs like excel. Qualifications: • High school diploma or higher • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Administrative role • Familiar with facility maintenance and/or commercial construction • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to speak with internal and external clients. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Respond well to constructive criticism and direction. • Ability to perform several tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
