Responsibilities:
• To manage day-to-day accounting, monthly, quarterly accounting functions, such as general ledger, payroll. financial reports, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and tax filings.
• To provide administrative support.
• To assist as required to organize and make schedule meetings and appointments for CEO and company general meeting
• To work on administrative stuffs with CEO
• To produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Enter job progress and important data dailyRequirements
• Bachelor’s experience degree with at least 1 year of project accounting, billing, and invoicing preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting and billing, including time tracking and invoicing procedures
• Advanced Microsoft Office and experience in QuickBooks
• Ability to multitask and communicate with employees, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous, professional and timely manner.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ 45 K – $ 60 K depending on the working experience
