General Affairs: Admin Assistant
1. Accommodation Management
Visit all accommodations weekly to take photos and check off items on a list as instructed
Upload taken photos and completed checklists to platforms2. Vehicle Management
Depending on the task, responsibilities may include car rental changes, returns, etc.
Alternate vehicle management duties with another employee3. Maintenance Reporting for Accommodation
Report any maintenance issues found at accommodations to the main office
Coordinate repair or maintenance works with the accommodation management team4. Pickup Services
Offer airport pickups or similar services on days without accommodation management or when the schedule allows
Requirements
bilingual in English and Korean
Basic reading, writing, and computer literacy
Proficiency in MS Office softwareBenefits:
