Duties & Responsibilities • Ensure all supporting documents are complete for invoice entry and coding. • Process invoices timely and accurate manner • Keep the accounts payable inbox up to date daily. • Prepare monthly Corporate Credit Card statement coding • File and maintain suppliers files and distributes department mail • Prepare monthly Corporate Credit Card statement coding & • Assist in providing audit support as necessary • Assists with research and/or pulling documentation for internal and external customers as needed Education, Skills & Experience Requirement: • Associate degree or equivalent experience of at least 2 years of AP processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Experience with a large ERP/Accounting Software, preferably SAP • Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing work environment • Well organized with ability to prioritize and self-manage workload • Team player, highly motivated and detailed oriented • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills I agree to the terms of service Update List
