Employment type: Full-time Essential Responsibilities. • Participate and assist Accounting Manager in routine accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly invoice and bank reconciliations • Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents • Filled out order invoices and prepared client sales invoice • Checked balances in ledgers and various transactions accounts • Handled payroll account with team members • Assistance to the General Manager as needed Knowledge and skills • Basic computer and MS Office skills • Basic knowledge of accounting and economics • Critical thinking and problem solving • Good judgment and decision making skills • Time management • Good communication skills • Attention to detail • Great organizational skills • Mathematics Minimum Qualifications: • Extensive knowledge in the use of Quick Books and Excel for various accounting transactions • Must be proficient in processing checks and invoices (incoming & verifying PO’s or receiving payment) and posting to vendor accounts • Working knowledge and experience with all standard accounting operating procedures and principles • Strong verbal and written communication, audit and analytical skills • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines required • 2 years of general ledger experience with a concentration on inventory control • Bachelor degree preferred in Accounting, Economics or Business related • Must be eligible to work in the US • Bilingual preferred (English and Korean) Salary Range: • Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience Please send your resume (desired salary must be included) to: Email: hrexo@yahoo.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
