Now Editing “Accounting manager” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Accounting Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for the day to day financial operations including: general accounting, A/R, A/P, general ledger, etc. • Prepare the company financial statements, Balance Sheet and P&L in timely • Complete all necessary records and Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures • Manage the daily team operation ensuring customer and management satisfaction is successfully achieved • Ensure compliance with federal, state and other regulations. • Provide customer support to as needed, including resolving customer invoicing issues • Assist in planning and forecasting the cash management functions and taxation • Lead the monthly financial close process and reports in a timely and accurate fashion • Development and tracking of team KPIs. Analysis of KPI results to define team performance • Develop an efficient work organization through team building with effective employee relations, training • Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners • Ensure A/R, A/P accuracy and Identify opportunities for cost improvement to ensure all business accounts stay in profitable • Analyze and report key business performance metrics to management • Manage AR aging to ensuring proper and timely collections • Achieve team objectives and Continuously improve by initiating corrective actions • Additional duties assigned by management as necessary Job Requirements • BA degree or above • Experience : 5+ years of experience with managing the team of billing, accounts receivable/payable • Logistics (transportation, warehouse, freight forwarding, LLP, etc) industry experience is a plus, but not required • Highly organized and detail oriented • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills • 1+ years of work experience of QuickBooks • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines • The ability problem solve, prioritize assignments • Proficient with Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook I agree to the terms of service Update List
