Manage daily operation of Accounting Team, including accounts payable and accounts receivable . Reconcile general ledgers to each account’s statement on a regular basis . Assist with quarterly book closing and generate financial statements . Support audit process and preparation of financial reports on a quarterly basis . Make journal or ledger entries if necessary . Establish and enforce proper accounting methods and policies to ensure all compliance obligations are fulfilled . Act as a point of contact and liaison between Accounting Team and internal teams/external parties . Manage the company’s tax return schedules in compliance with laws and regulations . Review tax returns prepared by external accountant and research tax issues to find solutions . Assist with preparation of IPO, listing procedure on KOSDAQ, and Korean SEC reporting .
