We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join a world class lithium metal anode company. Summary: This role is responsible for managing the overall day to day accounting operations required to support the company, as well as the financial reporting and forecasting. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general day-to-day accounting functions Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness Review and approve journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness Support capital raising/business development/customer relations regarding accounting and finance Oversee the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable activities Oversee the annual budgeting and planning process; review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep the management team abreast of the company’s financial status. Manage the monthly and year-end financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and report preparation Develop monthly and quarterly financial forecasts to present to management team. Oversee, develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. Qualifications: Must have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Must have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License (Preferred) Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience working in an office environment in an accounting role Must have a minimum of two years at the accounting supervisor or accounting manager level Must be knowledgeable of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and accounting/auditing practices Must be experienced with QuickBooks Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products Must have strong attention to detail Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 Benefit Conditions: Only full-time employees eligible Benefits include: Medical/Vision/Dental, PTO 6% matching 401K We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
