    1. Accouning Staff
    AR/AP Accounting Specialist: 1명 ($50K~65K)

    [공통 자격 요건]
    Language Ability:
    English Korean Bilingual,
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, contracts and blueprints and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization; ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
    2. Dispatcher
     Responsible for:
    – Daily Plans, directs and controls driver scheduling, allocation, and dispatching
    – Monitor daily delivery activities & Resolve issues if faced.
    – Assist Central Dispatcher with the displacement of freight and drivers
    – Responsible for driver settlements
    – Produce a daily Revenue Report and data entry of bills

    Skills and Abilities:
    – Strong verbal and written communication skills
    – Effective leadership skills
    – Ability to build strong customer relationships
    – Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, workgroups, customers, supervisors)
    – Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
    – Must be accustomed to busy phones
    – Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills
    – Ability to adjust priorities
    – Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    – Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

    – Bilingual Spanish/English or Korean/English
    – Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    – At least 1 year of Ocean Freight Forwarding or Trucking dispatching experience.

    3. Logistics Branch Manager
    Bay Area에 위치한 현대 자동차 계열의 물류 전문회사에서 Branch Manager 모십니다.

    SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates activities of the branch to ensure a satisfied and loyal customer base through excellent customer service by performing the following duties personally and through subordinate managers/employees.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    Ensure customer satisfaction, employee selection/development, organic revenue growth and achievement of aggressive financial targets.
    Apply product knowledge to develop enhanced solutions for the customer improving customer satisfaction while improving revenue/margins for our client’s company.
    Leads related change efforts at the local level.
    Reviews/reports monthly operating results against forecasts and the annual operating plan to identify areas of focus and improvement.

    Bachelor’s degree business, logistics or related field of study or minimum 6 years of experience required.
    6 years or more of industry related experience required.
    6 years or more of previous experience supervising others required.
    6 years or more previous experience with financials and a financial acumen.
    Knowledge of logistics and the ability to integrate supply chain components advanced.
    Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access & PowerPoint).
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
