Job Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as mailing, setting up the office, maintaining office equipment and condition, ordering office supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
Respond to information requests, provide ad-hoc reports, and assist with audits
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air, Ocean, Land/trucking transportation processRequired Skills:
Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration.
Excellent knowledge of office processes.
preferred accounting knowledge or experience.
Proficient computer skills(40+wpm)
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Korean /English bilingualSALARY
