ㅇJob Title: Accountant II
ㅇWorking Location: Houston, USA

ㅇReport to : Accounting Manager
ㅇGroup Organization structure : President – Accounting Manager – Accountant II
ㅇJob Scope : Accounting and financial tasks for KNOC Eagle Ford Corp(including subsidiaries)
ㅇPrinciple responsibility:
 Creation of general ledger vouchers and input the J/Es on SAP system
(Oil & Gas Revenue recognition, DD&A, ARO, Interest and other adjustments)
 JIB(Joint Interest Billings) expense analysis
 Preparation of monthly closing financial reporting
 Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS
 Preparation of quarterly IFRS reporting packages to consolidate KNOC HQ’s F/S
 Review and execution of tax filing and payment prepared by tax consulting firm
 Budget and financial analysis
 Reconciliation for Cashcall process and reconciliation between Cashcall and Joint Interest Billings
 Coordination of Joint Venture audit with independent audit firm and operator
 Update of daily cash transaction and cash flow forecasting
 Financial reporting to State government and BEA(Bureau of Economic Analysis)
 Other accounting and financial duties as assigned by Accounting Manager and Treasury & Commercial Manager
※ Responsibility can be adjusted and distributed by Accounting Manager according to workload and intensity
ㅇQualification and Skills required :
 Team player, positive attitude, flexible
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
 5+ year experience in the general accounting functions required
 Command of Korean language strongly preferred
 Experience in a public accounting firm or Oil and Gas company preferred
 Experience in SAP system preferred
 Certified Public Accountant preferred but not required
ㅇWork hours : Monday~Thursday : 08:30~17:30, Friday : 08:30 ~ 15:00
