This position will be responsible for all accounting department activities and office administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be a personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized professional capable of handling all office administrative tasks and accounting needs.
The responsibilities of this position include
Manage the day to day accounting including general ledger maintenance and oversight
Oversee General Expenses
Month End F/S Review
Review and Update Quarterly external review support
Oversee A/P & A/R
Assist the Controller with annual CPA audit and Quarterly Bank audit
Annual 1099 reporting
Assist accounting manager for daily accounting issues
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Strong ERP experience highly preferred
QuickBooks Preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Ability to work independently and in team environment
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
