Job Responsibilities: Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports; Analyze balance sheet and other financial accounts monthly, assuring adequate supporting documents; Monitor the adequacy and efficiency of general ledger and supporting systems and make recommendations for their improvement; Ensure that the company complies with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements; Supervise the accounts payable and cash in accordance with company policies; Reconcile general ledger accounts and update financial reports; Daily monitor of activities, providing objective and timely financial counseling; Review in transit aging, aged inventories, and in/out inventory adjustments; Supervise the preparation of weekly payment and manage account payable aging and account receivable aging with sales; Communicate directly with the management on a regular and continuous basis to maintain function and efficiency of the accounting; Compile, analyze, record and control on a daily basis financial data, including, but not limited to, invoicing, expenditures, accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss, billing and employees’ wages, for the Company to provide accurate cash flow projection; Prepare financial reports as necessary for distribution internally and to third parties; Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations and journal entries in support of the monthly close process; Gather information and prepare necessary periodic internal documents and reports required to be filed with governmental agencies using ledgers and computer software; Responsible for general ledgers, and direct general accounting practice, as well as indirect control of other related operational activities; Perform period-end closing functions ensuring deadlines are consistently met; Manage accounting, reporting, and financing functions within the Company; Manage fixed assets; Manage Intercompany Transactions Manage Semi-Monthly Payroll and HR benefits. 고용형태: 정규직 지역: 뉴욕 근무요일: 주 5일(월, 화, 수, 목, 금) 근무시간: 09:00 am ~ 06:00 pm 급여: 면접 후 결정 취업비자 스폰서 가능 접수방법: 이메일 (nycpa.resume@gmail.com) I agree to the terms of service Update List
