Job Title: Senior Logistics Director

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Director to lead and manage the company’s logistics strategy and operations. This position will report directly to the company’s senior management and will be responsible for optimizing supply chain management, improving operational efficiency, and reducing logistics costs to ensure that the company remains competitive in a rapidly changing market environment.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement an overall logistics strategy that is consistent with the company’s operational goals and market needs.

Analyze market trends, identify and evaluate new logistics opportunities.

Team Management:

Lead and develop the logistics team, establish an efficient working environment, and improve the overall performance of the team.

Responsible for the recruitment, training and career development of team members.
Supply Chain Optimization:

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.

Establish good working relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
Cost Control:

Develop and manage logistics budgets to ensure that business goals are achieved while controlling costs.
Track logistics expenses and find effective ways to reduce costs.
Technology Application:

Evaluate and introduce advanced logistics technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Promote digital transformation and optimize logistics processes using data analysis and intelligent tools.
Risk Management:

Identify and assess logistics risks, develop response strategies, and ensure the safety of company operations.
Supervise compliance management to ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Customer Service:

Ensure the high quality of logistics services to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Solve customer problems in the logistics process and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, supply chain management or related majors.
More than 8 years of logistics management experience, including at least 3 years of work experience in senior management positions.
Familiar with the best practices of modern logistics and supply chain management, with strong strategic thinking ability.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to effectively promote team collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
