OPT가 승인되어 7월 중순부터 일이 가능한 EAD카드를 발급받았습니다. 11월 1일자(쿼터제) 시작되는 학기로 대학에 transfer하려고 하는데 (F-1 유지), 10월 중순까지 일을 구하지 못하면 한국으로 나가야 하는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 편입하려는 학교에서 I-20 발급시 시작 날짜가 earliest admission date 기준인지 아니면 program start (or class start)가 기준인지 정확히 알 수 없어서 찾아보다가 이곳에 글을 올리게 되었습니다. 저는 이미 F2에서 F1 으로 신분을 변경했고 associated degree 졸업 후 4년제 대학 3학년으로 편입예정입니다. 감사합니다.
