485 RFE 받고 서류 받았다는 이멜을 오늘 받았는데요, 3순위 경우 인터뷰가 Standard processing 인가요?
인터뷰 않하고 영주권 나오는 경우도 있나요?
제가 듣기론 Random 으로 인터뷰를 한다고 들었습니다.. 확실히 알고계신분 답변 부탁드립니다..
여기저기서 RFE 가 막 뜨는거 보니 이민국이 바쁘게 일을 하는건같네요..

You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.

그냥 통상적인 메일입니다. 이민국은 메일과 같이 60일안에 나온다고 하고, 변호사는 30일 안에 나올거라고 하더군요. 실제는 10일만에 나왔습니다. 카드는 그로부터 또 15일 더 걸렸습니다.
