Now Editing “485 Public Charge 문항 RFE 관련” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 22년 12월 새로 개정된 485 양식의 Public Charge 관련 문항과 관련해 공적 부조에 해당 사항이 없어 No 라고 대답했는데, Adjustment of Status 케이스 이기 때문에 Yes라고 대답해야 한다며 485 양식을 수정해 새로 보내라는 RFE가 떴습니다. 이러한 경우 수정하라고 요청받은 문항 부분만 수정하고 출력해 보내면 될까요? 아니면 수정한 부분을 포함해 전체 485를 다시 제출해야할까요? 내용 해석에 이견이 있어 경험있으신 선배님들의 고견을 여쭙습니다.
