485 RFE 걸렸는데 결혼증명을 하라고 합니다. 여기에 써있는 증명할 수 있는 자료를 예시하고 있는데 – birth certificates for common children (저흰 자녀가 없습니다), proof of joint residence or ownership of property (이런 공동명의의 자산이 없습니다), joint income tax returns, joint financial accounts, spousal insurance coverage, medical, school or religious records, or other proof of marital status.

저희가 있는것은

– joint financial accounts,
– spousal insurance coverage,

이렇습니다. 그런데 문제가 Joint income tax returns같은 경우에 결혼하고 계속 separate filing하다가 작년에 처음으로 Joint했습니다. 이런경우 문제 안되나요? 그리고 그냥 tax return 낸 것을 turbo tax에서 PDF로 받아서 제출하면 되나요?
