영주권 485 펜딩만 남겨 놓은 상태인데 배우자 될 사람의 영주권을
저와 같이 승인 받게 하고 싶어서 그러는데요.
저는 미국에서 회사 다니고 있고 그 사람은
병역의무로 직장을 다니며 한국에 있습니다.
우선 미국에서 결혼 신고를 하고 영주권을 같이 받는 방향으로 하고 싶은데
그 사람이 미국에 결혼과 서류 준비를 위해 방문할때 필요한 서류가
뭐가 있으며 어떤 절차가 필요한지 알려주세요.
영주권 승인이 오늘 내일 하는 상태라
서둘러야 될것 같네요.

He needs all document you need for your 485 such as birth record and medical record and etc. But you may want to be careful because if you marry to someone on last minute of your green card process, US gov might think he marry you because of green card and it means you and he may have to go interview process.
