Application 접수를 하고 나서 몇년 전에 train ticket을 validate/stamp을 하지 않아서 벌금티켓($74)을 받은 사실이 생각났고 (그 자리에서 fare officer가 노란색 티켓을 부여했고 나중에 municipal court에서 벌금납부하였습니다) 이에 485 서류에 Part 8, question #25 Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, or detained for any reason by any law enforcement official (including but not limited to any US immigration official or any official of the US armed forces or U.S coast guard)? 에 대해 "No"라고 답한 부분이 문제가 될 수 있다고 생각이 들었습니다. 일단 485를 접수한 회사 변호사에게 문제에 대해 문의하였고 리서치하고 연락을 주겠다라는 답변을 받은 상태인데 이런 경우 이미 제출한 Form을 수정해야 하는 지 아니면 추후 인터뷰 시 disclose해도 되는지 의견들을 여쭙고자 글을 올립니다. 감사합니다.
