EB1(C) @ TSC입니다.
금년 7월 초에 485접수 Notice를 받았고, 9월 15일에 지문찍었는데,
USCIS에 제 접수 번호를 조회하니까 아직도 아래와 같이 나옵니다.
보통 Initial Review에서 많이 기다리신다고 하던데, 저는 왜 아직
Acceptance인지요. 혹시 문제가 있다는 징조일수도 있을런지요.
고견 기다리겠습니다….

Acceptance

On July 9, 2010, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

140 승인 나시는데, 기간이 얼마나 걸리셨나요.

저도 지금 140, 485 승인 기다리고 있어요..

저두 acceptance로 4개월 하고 보름동안 있다가 어느날 갑자기 카드오더로 바뀌었어요
쪼금만 더 기다리면 좋은 소식이 있지 않을 까요?
