Now Editing “401k” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 여쭙니다. 아래 문구에 따르면 회사가 직원이 401k에 불입하는 금액의3%를 매치해서주고 추가로 연봉의 3%를 불입해 준다는 얘기죠? 그런데 “upto”의 의미를 어찌 봐야할까요? 페이첵금액의 2%를 불입하면 회사가 2%만 매치해주고 직원이 4%를 불입해도 회사는 3%까지 매치해준다는거죠?
