    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Investment alternatives in your plan with systematic excessive trading policies being enforced are outlined below. There are three types of policies that may be applied: buy-side exchange blocks, Round-Trips, and tiered Round-Trips.
Buy-side exchange block policies prevent you from exchanging back into a fund for the number of days listed after exchanging out (e.g., blocked from exchanging back into a fund for 60 days after exchanging out). Investment alternatives with buy-side exchange block policies are listed once below.

Round-Trip policies limit the number of times you can exchange into and out of a fund within a given time frame. For example, a policy states that you may perform one Round-Trip within a 30-day time frame. If you complete a Round-Trip within 30 days (i.e., you exchange out within 30 days of exchanging in), you would be blocked from future exchange purchases into the investment alternative for 30 days. Investment alternatives with Round-Trip policies are listed once below.

Tiered Round-Trip policies set both short- and long-term Round-Trip restrictions. For example, a policy states that you may perform one Round-Trip within a 30-day time frame (the short-term restriction) but no more than three Round-Trips in 365 days (the long-term restriction). Each single Round-Trip would work as described above. In addition, if you complete three single Round-Trips within a 365-day period, you would then be blocked from future purchases into the investment alternative for 365 days. Investment alternatives with tiered Round-Trip policies are listed twice below, once for the short-term restriction and again for the long-term restriction.
