4월중순에 한국에서 H비자 인터뷰 예약 했는데
예약후 받은 확인서류에 4월1일 이후 인터뷰 예약자는 DS-160을 무조건 작성해야한다고 하네요. DS-160이 DS-156, 157, 158을 대체한다고 합니다.

All applicants, regardless of age, with appointments scheduled April 1, 2010 or later
must complete the Nonimmigrant Electronic Visa Application Form DS-160 at
https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/.
Print the DS-160 Confirmation page with the bar coded confirmation number to bring to the
interview. The DS-160 replaces the DS-156, 157, and 158 application forms. For more
