3순위 쿼타가 일년에 14만개정도로 알고있는데.
제가 PD안에들어가고 만약에 10월달부터 새로시작하는 비자문호에서
제가 받기전까지 14만개 다소진된다면. 또 2009년 10월이후로 넘어갈수있는 확률이나 이런경우가있는건가요?

예, 이론상 가능한 일입니다. 지금까지 그래왔구요. 비자 넘버가 14만개이긴 하나 그들의 가족도 포함한 숫자이기때문에 영주권 신청자가 4인가족을 구성하고 있다고 생각함 실제 사용가능한 숫자는 3만오천에 불과합니다. 좀 심한 가정이긴 하지만… 지금 같은 상황이면….

취업이민 전체 쿼타가 14만개입니다. 3순위 쿼타는 3만개가 조금 넘습니다. 그 3만개가 가구수인지 개인숫자인지는 잘 모르겠습니다만…

정확한 숫자를 지난 9월 비자블러틴에서 퍼왔습니다.
2008년엔 162,704의 취업이민 쿼타가 있었고… 그중 3순위에 배정된건 46,500 정도네요. 거기다 1순위와 2순위에서 남은것도 쓸수있구요.

Fifth: Employment Creation: 7.1% of the worldwide level, not less than 3,000 of which reserved for investors in a targeted rural or high-unemployment area, and 3,000 set aside for investors in regional centers by Sec. 610 of P.L. 102-395.
