Your I-485 interview is complete. However, your priority date is not current at this time. Your case will be transferred to the Texas Service Center (TSC) or National Benefits Center until your priority date becomes current. Once your priority date becomes current, the TSC or NBC will make the final decision on your case. 이런 상태면 10월 문호가 current로 바뀌면 바로 승인이 되는지 궁금합니다. 현재 상황상 곧 EAD를 써야할 수도 있는데, 승인이 늦어지거나 잘못되어서 거부 또는 RFE가 나올 수 있는 확률도 있을지 궁금합니다. 감사합니다.
