Student Insurance 플랜 가입 방법

Insurance Type 이 PPO 플랜입니다.

AETNA 의 Network에 가입된 모든 병원들을 갈 수 있습니다

미국 대학의 waiver 가능한 플랜입니다
아래와 같이 학생본인이 입력하여 보험가입 하실 수 있습니다.

1) 다음 website 클릭
http://www.gbg.com/gsa

2) Global Student Access 에서 “Get quotation & Apply”를 클릭하고 다음 사항을 입력.

– 학생 Information 입력

– Agent Number; IA2483

– Coverage detail에서 Departure date: 2014. 9. 15.(가입일 당일날짜로 입력)
Coverage period: 210 days
Plan type: Comprehensive 를 선택.

3) “Apply Now” 를 클릭.

이렇게 하시면 email을 하나 받게 되시는데 email 내용을 읽어보시고 지침에 따라 계속 진행하시고 Credit card나 debit card로 결제하시면 가입이 완료되고 잠시후에 email로 Insurance card와 Description이 옵니다.

4) MSU는 Annual은 8/15/14-8/14/15, Fall은 8/15/14-2/14/15로 하루라도 적으면 Waiver를 안해주기 때문에 우선 9.15일부터 210 일간 가입하여 8/15/14 날짜로 Back date해 드리면 (sample)

5) Print out하시고 학교 Waiver site에서 waiver request하시면 됩니다. 그리고 내년 1월 중에 Spring semester 기간 연장하여 다시 Waiver 신청을 하셔야 합니다.

Waiver가 approve 됩니다., 만약 Deny될 경우 전액 환불됩니다.
