USCIS has been asking to submit my W2 and pay vouchers. My boss uses TriNet for HR service. So, on my W2 TriNet is the employer with its TIN. Does this matter to USCIS since it states that on W2 my employer name, my name & etc should be there. Anybody in the same situation?
