1월에 dates for filing 으로 485를 접수받을거라는 USCIS의 공지를 이해했다고 생각했는데 다른 포럼을 구경하다가 이런 글을 발견했습니다.

(이 링크에 따르면 For EB-3 Worldwide (all countries except India, China and the Philippines), the agency will accept applications according to the Dates for Final Action chart, which lists these countries as Current. 이라는데 처음 듣는 정보라 실제로 USCIS문호 발표에 아래글이 써있기도 하고 해서 조금 혼란스럽습니다. )

However, if a particular immigrant visa category is “current” on the Final Action Dates chart or the cutoff date on the Final Action Dates chart is later than the date on the Dates for Filing chart, applicants in that immigrant visa category may file using the Final Action Dates chart during that month..

혹시 이 부분에 대해 어떻게 생각하시나요?
그럼 한국인들은 파이널 액션데잇이 current이기 때문에 1월에도 485를 접수할 수 있다는 걸까요?

그 해당 문구는 fragoman이 기존 f2a에 적용되던 기준을 가지고 eb3에도 적용될 것 같다는 예측을 한 것 같은데. 저도 처음앤 그렇게 생각했었는데 이번 eb3는 그대로 dates for filling을 쓰는 것 같아요.

보시면 f2a 카테고리에는 final action date으로 받는 다는 얘기가 명시되어 있는 반면에 eb3에는 딱히 얘기가 없습니다.

링크를 타고 january 2020페이지로 가보면 f2a는 따로 final action date 차트라고 얘기되어있고 C로 마킹되어있는 반면에 EB3는 dates for filling이라고 되어있고 날짜도 2019년 1월로 박혀있습니다. 물론 uscis 담당자가 복붙하다가 eb3를 언급하는 것을 놓쳤을 수도 있는데 그래도 저 공지가 실제로 수정되기 전까지는 보수적으로 dates for filling이 적용된다고 가정하야 하지 않나라고 생각합니다.
