저는 그런분들에 비하면 너무나 감사하고 운이 좋은 경우 인것 같습니다.

2008 Oct I-140 I-485 approved at the same time.

저는 2007년 11월에 140 485 동시 파일 하고 140 승인이 없는 상태에서
2008년 5월에 (동시 파일 딱 6개월 후) 회사 옮겼습니다. 회사가 close 되서..

140 승인이 없는 상태에서 옮긴지라 485 승인이 날까 했는데,승인 나는 그날 까지 LUD변화 한번도 없이 어느날 갑자기 나더라구요.. 여튼 대단한 사연은 아니지만, 여러분들 힘 내시고 영주권 빨리 다 잘 받으시기 바랍니다.

회사를 옮길 때 AC21를 이용 하였나요?

Dear AC21 !!
I didn’t need to use AC21 because new company supports H1B transfer fortunately. Besides I didn’t have I-140 approval when I change comapny.
( to use AC21 it’s needed the I-140 approval in advance)
Actually I just thought I’ll start new process at new company separately.
I believe it’s really lucky to get the green card. If you have EAD then you aslo use ur EAD card to change company. It’s no problem for your green card approval except if you have the different field’s job from present I-485 sponsoring company. But well !! I don’t know exactly it’s really important to have the same field?? (it’s a rule but USICS confirms it ??)
