Responsibilities -Oversee all day-to-day operations, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes -Supervise and develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training and maintaining strong em ployee relationships -Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions. -Maintain a safe and clean work environment. -Understand and follow company rules and regulations. -Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
