1. Position : Senior Associate/ Associate 
 
2. Job Description : 
 
    - Auditing customers' financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with regulations under GAAP
    - Preparing financials, auditing, and various compilation reports for customer companies and periodic regulatory filings including quarterly &amp; annual reports, consolidated financial statements
    - Consulting various business situations for financial planning, taxation, working capital ratios and financial analysis projects, and making recommendations for financial &amp; tax planning for customers
    - Tax Filing for Corporation and individuals, and researching tax issues related to each form and IRS regulation
 
3. Qualification
 
   1) Senior Associate :
       BS  or MS in Accounting /  Be highly motivated and a team player
       Minimum 2 years of accounting experience required
       Audit experience in public accounting is preferred
       CPA candidate preferred
       
 
  2) Associate (Entry Level)
      BS  or MS in Accounting /  Be highly motivated and a team player
      CPA candidate preferred
