We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Associate/Specialist to support the procurement operations of our expanding U.S. business. This position plays a key role in sourcing K-beauty products, managing supplier relations, and ensuring timely inventory restocking. Whether you're an entry-level candidate eager to grow or someone with up to 5 years of purchasing experience, we welcome your passion for beauty and operations.

General Responsibilities:
- Assist in product sourcing and procurement from domestic and international suppliers.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records using internal systems.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to pricing, lead time, or product availability.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for inventory planning and inbound shipments.
- Analyze sales trends and stock levels to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Support cost control initiatives and contribute to overall supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers and negotiating pricing/contracts.
- Work closely with the sales and merchandising teams to align procurement with demand.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for beauty industry and understanding of K-beauty trends is a strong advantage.

Stipend: $55K ~ 85K / year (commensurate with experience)
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
