Position Title: Import Coordinator

General Responsibilities:
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.).
- Ensure system information matches with actual documentation.
- Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight.
- Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation.
- Act as an operational liaison with customers to provide excellent, professional customer service.
- Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team.
- Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred).
- 1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Speaks Korean (mandatory).

Stipend:  $52K - $62K / year (based on experience)
Working Hour: Mon ~ Fri 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
