Position Title: Digital Social Media Marketing Manager
General Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of marketing members focused on content creation, content management, and execution of social media strategy including influencer marketing campaigns across a diverse range of platforms for the purpose of Social Commerce.
-In charge of increasing brand recognition, awareness campaigns, driving engagement, creating a strong sense of community, and ultimately, leading to customer conversion.
– Manage and execute digital marketing / social media / E-Commerce marketing efforts effectively.
– Oversee the content creation process and implementation of initiatives or campaigns on social media platforms.
– Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and content roadmap for company websites and each social media platform that aligns with company brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
– Monitor and analyze website and social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
– Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, helping in responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
– Engage accounts to identify areas of opportunity with potential and current collaborators and partners.Qualifications:
– 4 ~ 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, E-Commerce.
– Fluent in Chinese & English.
– Skilled with visual storytelling, art direction, and content creation, especially with short video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.)
– TikTok Shop, Live-Streaming Sales, Shopify, Walmart.com etc.,
– Deep understanding of social media and E-Commerce platforms and best practices.
– Proven track record of growing and managing e-commerce stores.
– Experience in successfully leading and managing a team of 2-5 individuals.
– Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
– Has experience in marketing physical products, managing social media advertising campaigns, influencer campaigns.
– Social Media management tools (e.g., Creator Search Insight, VidIQ, etc.)
– Data or Asset Management Software (Airtable, GSheets, Air, etc.)
– Marketing automation and outreach tools (CRM platforms, lead generation, etc.)
– Video and photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, iMovie, Adobe Premier, etc.)
– Analytics tools (e.g., Shopify Analytics, TikTok Shop Analytics, etc,)Stipend: $78,000 / year
