IT Business Process Analyst
Job Information
The IT Business Process Analyst will focus on defining scope, requirements, and key issues. Also, will lead to discover a possible solution and propose a recommendation. The position must understand technology and business process that supports company business across process, function, sites. The expected candidate must be able to document, design and moderate implementing business processes based on technical solution.Roles & Responsibilities
• Business process
o Gather and analyze business requirements with process/solution perspective
o Document and propose business requirements with solution
o Collect, propose, and help prioritize change requests from business
o Analyze fit & gap of existing processes based on implementation strategy
o Gather and document standard process in company ERP(SAP)
o Master data management
• Business relationship management
o Attend on global functional team meeting
o Maintain documents of business process portfolio
o Lead or support process/solution trainings to business key users
• Problem-solving
o Identify and analysis the problems which occurred in ERP(SAP)
o Escalate the ERP(SAP) problems to HQ IT
o Support and facilitate the problem-solving process
• IT Infrastructure management
o Establish and implement IT security policy
o Manage and monitor network, cloud, server services provided by 3rd party partner
o Monitor, manage, and escalate IT incident
• Maintain Common IT services
o Identification management such as Active Directory, IDMS
o Communication such as Video/Audio conferencing, messaging
o IT Security at end point
o Facilitate and gather process requirements
o Discover a solution and feasibility study
• End User Support
o Maintain a standard IT image
o IT Equipment lifecycle management
o Software distribution, auditing, and asset management
o Assist employee onboarding and termination process

Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degrees in one of major below
o Business Administration
o Management Information System
o Operation Management, Marketing
• Qualification
o More than 3 years professional experiences
• Prefer the experience of processes below as user, professional services
o Sales order process
o Dealership management
o Aftermarket business
o Service, warranty, dealer training
o Finance and accounting
o Operation management
o SAP ERP
o Salesforce
