[Job Description]

A. Establish and achieve a business strategy and business target.
a. Establish short/mid/long term business strategy and plan
b. Achieve business target and complement business plan and strategy accordingly.

B. Develop logistics business and perform in/out sales activities.
a. Develop local logistics business in conjunction with business plan & Strategy.
b. Manage current customers and attain new customers with in/out direct sales activities.

C. Overall management and supervision of logistics operations
a. Optimize operations by managing operation staffs or improving internal operational process.
b. Prevent the occurrence of operation & security accidents.

D. Overall financial/HR/administration management for logistics business.
a. Business result management, AP/AR management.
b. Personnel Labor management, Other Admin management

E. Fulfill the order or request of upper management and cooperate with other branches.
