1. 북미지역 핵심인재 채용계획 수립 및 채용 운영
– 미국 내 사업개발, 연구개발, 생산기술 및 주요 관리직 등 분야별 채용계획 수립
– 채용 웹사이트, 임직원 추천, 현장 채용, 대학 채용, 서치펌 및 헤드헌터 등 다양한 채널을 활용한 후보자 발굴
– 미국 주요 대학 및 연구기관에 재직 중인 석·박사급 연구개발 인재 발굴 및 Campus Recruiting 운영
– 채용공고 작성, 지원서 및 이력서 검토, 후보자 사전 인터뷰 및 적합성 평가
– 처우 산정, Offer Letter 작성, 처우 협의 및 입사 확정 지원2. 북미 해외법인 HR 운영 지원 및 주요 제도 검토
– 법인별 HR 운영상 문제점 분석 및 개선방안 검토
– 미주법인 HR 담당자와 분기별 정기회의 운영 및 주요 안건 관리
– 법인별 인력현황, 인건비, 채용현황 및 주요 HR 지표 분석·보고3. 주재원 급여 및 보상 운영 검증
– 주재원 개인별 기준급여, 주재수당, 주택비, 교육비, 보험료 및 기타 복리후생 항목 검증
– 국내 급여와 현지 급여 간 중복지급, 누락 및 과오지급 여부 확인
– 미국 연방·주별 소득세, Social Security, Medicare 및 한미 사회보장협정 등 주재원 급여 관련 제도 검토
– 주재원 급여 및 세금 관련 이슈 발생 시 원인 분석과 개선방안 수립[자격요건]
– HR, 채용, 보상 또는 해외법인 HR 관련 경력 5년 이상
– 한국어 및 영어 업무 수행이 가능한 Bilingual 인력[우대사항]
– 미국 현지 채용 경험자
– 주재원 급여, 보상 및 Tax Equalization 업무 경험자

Position Summary
This position is responsible for recruiting key talent in North America, supporting HR operations for North American subsidiaries, and reviewing expatriate compensation and payroll-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. North America Talent Acquisition
– Develop recruiting plans for positions in business development, research and development, production engineering, and key management functions in the United States.
– Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, campus recruiting, search firms, headhunters, and other recruiting channels.
– Identify and recruit master’s- and Ph.D.-level R&D talent from major universities and research institutions in the United States through campus recruiting and other sourcing activities.
– Prepare job postings and review resumes and applications.
– Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit.
– Prepare compensation proposals and offer letters, negotiate employment terms, and support the hiring process through offer acceptance.2. North America HR Operations Support
– Identify HR operational issues at each subsidiary and review improvement plans.
– Coordinate quarterly meetings with HR leaders at North American subsidiaries and manage key agenda items.
– Analyze and report workforce data, labor costs, recruiting status, and other key HR metrics for each subsidiary.3. Expatriate Compensation and Payroll Review
– Review expatriate base salary, expatriate allowances, housing support, education assistance, insurance, and other benefits.
– Review home-country and host-country payroll records to identify duplicate payments, missing payments, and overpayments or underpayments.
– Review expatriate payroll matters related to U.S. federal and state income taxes, Social Security, Medicare, and the U.S.–Korea Social Security Agreement.
– Analyze expatriate payroll and tax issues, identify root causes, and develop improvement plans.
Career DevelopmentThis position provides experience in North American key talent acquisition, subsidiary HR operations, expatriate compensation, payroll review, and U.S. employment law. The role offers an opportunity to develop into a North America HR Business Partner or Global HR professional.
Required Knowledge
– Knowledge of recruiting processes
– Understanding of the U.S. recruiting market and major recruiting channels
– Understanding of compensation, payroll, employee benefits, and labor cost structures
– Understanding of expatriate compensation and global assignment programs
– Understanding of U.S. federal and state employment laws and employment-related regulations
– Basic knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes, Social Security, Medicare, and expatriate taxation
– HR data analysis and reporting skillsEducation
– Bachelor’s degree or higherRequired Qualifications
– Minimum of five years of experience in HR, recruiting, compensation, or international HR operations
– Professional working proficiency in both Korean and EnglishPreferred Qualifications
– Experience in U.S.-based recruiting
– Experience in expatriate compensation, benefits, or tax equalization
– Experience or knowledge related to U.S. payroll or employment law
– Ability to work in or travel to locations in Atlanta or AlabamaPreferred Fields of Study
