Production Management Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished parts and complete parts
* Analyze production process, results, and downtime
* Support the production operation to be efficient
* Reviewing daily/monthly operation rate and efficiency rate status
* Execute and follow up on corrective actions for the Assembly, Spray, and Shipping Departments and the other factory
* Participate in productivity improvement activities and Execute improvement plans continuously
* Understand and control the production personnel allocation
* Analyze operation cycle time, downtime, productivity, and efficiency rates for each line

QUALIFICATION

* Good communication skills
* Resourceful and well organized
* Prioritizing and planning work activities

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

*Full-time
