Pay Rate: $25~$27/ hour
Contract: 1yr + extension
Work Address: 705 S Church St, Hazleton, PA 18201 (Onsite) _ Mega Warehouse for Home appliance
Working hour: 8.30 – 5.30

Job Function/Description:
• Identifies customer/market trend, requirements & operation issues
• Gather & Identifies various operation status and performance
• Support developing & implementing solutions to meet requirements, to solve issues and to improve operation performance
• Support for warehouse operation set-up
• Support for project management
• Produces various reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis briefing team leaders
• Support branch leader in various tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Business or Logistics from four-year college or university Required
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics Required
• Bilingual Korean/English Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications
• Strong Microsoft Office applications (Excel + power query, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage and work directly with customers
• Problem solver mindset, self-motivated and organized
• Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced operations
• Strong work ethic
• Standard clerical office practices and procedures especially as they relate to the function of this position
• Ability to set up priorities and completing tasks
• Ability to summarize data and information in precise documents
• Ability to travel up to 20% within US
